Refund policy

Effective: June 10, 2026

Because we curate individual, low-density wellness encounters at Acacia Woods Spa Resort, our accommodations are subject to a strict reservation framework. By confirming an itinerary via our inquiry portals, you express assent to the following terms.

1. Cancellation timelines & forfeitures

• Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival: Fully refundable, less a 5% administrative payment processing fee.
• Cancellations between 7 and 13 days prior to arrival: Forfeiture of 50% of the total reservation deposit.
• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival: 100% forfeiture of the reservation value. No refunds or partial balances will be issued for early departures or no-shows.

2. Peak season variations

Reservations secured during high-demand periods (including the months of December and January, alongside public holiday weekends) are non-refundable and non-transferable past 30 days prior to the arrival date.

3. Rescheduling mechanics

Guests may request a single itinerary adjustment up to 14 days before check-in without penalty, subject to real-time seasonal tariff adjustments and suite availability over a 12-month calendar horizon.
